Connecting to Google Analytics
Schedule your Import, and Snapshots, and Add Data Alerts
Google Analytics allows you to create an import from scratch or use one of our Import Recipes to give you a head start. Coefficient allows you to pull in metrics, dimensions, and segments directly from Google Analytics for further analysis. đđ
When you begin a Google Analytics import for the first time, you will need to connect/authorize Coefficient to access your Google Analytics data.
Open the Coefficient sidebar and click on the Menu (hamburger icon).
Select âConnected Sourcesâ.
Scroll to the bottom and click âAdd Connectionâ, select âGoogle Analyticsâ **and click âConnectâ.
âAuthorizeâ the connection*.*
Choose your Google account.
âAllowâ *access/*permissions. If successful, you will be taken back to Google Sheets.
There are 3 ways to import data using Coefficient from Google Analytics, âStart from Scratchâ, âUse an Import Recipeâ or use one of our âPre-built Dashboardsâ. With âStart from Scratchâ, you have the flexibility to customize the data in your import. âUse an Import Recipeâ allows you to use one of the pre-configured imports the Coefficient team has created. Our âPre-built Dashboardsâ contain multiple imports for raw data that roll up to an amazing visualization tab to share with your team.
Select the âViewâ you would like to import.
Add your Metrics, Dimensions, or Segments to your import.
