About The Job

Coefficient is hiring a Lead WordPress Developer to support our marketing and design teams. This position will be responsible for self-managing all marketing web development needs, building out new landing pages and web apps for integrated campaigns, working with internal stakeholders across the SRE and QA teams to ensure quality control across all marketing web launches.

You are passionate about experience design, growth, and pride yourself on producing scalable, reusable code. You are inspired by design systems and well-versed in modern front-end UI technologies. You enjoy thinking conceptually, while also caring deeply about the details. You are energized by thinking through complex problem spaces and driving clarity where there is ambiguity. You thrive on rapid iteration and experimentation through code to explore and evaluate possible solutions. You appreciate inclusive and accessible design/implementation. And you enjoy facilitating conversation and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What you’ll accomplish:

• Build and maintain all Coefficient web properties, including all Coefficient.io web pages, Coefficient blog, and all microsites
• Developing the most performant webpages in our industry that consistently load in less than 2.5 seconds
• Build out new web pages and web apps to support marketing campaigns
• Bug fixes and feature additions
• Maintaining and scaling public-facing WordPress websites
• Heavy focus on data-driven decision making
• Communicate with stakeholders across various teams–– manage requests from marketing stakeholders and provide key timelines, keep the SRE and QA teams aware of all upcoming releases, and manage outside resources when needed
• Help manage the team’s web development budget, project strategies and timelines
• Assist with annual planning, code reviews, testing, documentation, work with designers, developers, and DevOps engineers to meet deadlines
• Guiding the team through the development lifecycle and setting expectations for needs and deliverables
