When you begin a HubSpot import for the first time you will be prompted to Connect/Authorize Coefficient to your HubSpot instance
Open the Coefficient Sidebar and click the Menu.
Select “Connected Sources”.
Select “Add Connection” at the bottom and then “Connect” to HubSpot.
Click “Authorize” to connect Coefficient to your HubSpot instance.
You will be taken to a new screen to select your HubSpot account. After choosing your account, it will authenticate and connect HubSpot as a data source for Coefficient. You can now start creating Coefficient imports from HubSpot. 😎
Open the Coefficient Sidebar and click “Import from…”.
Select “HubSpot” from the list.
Select “From Objects & Fields”.
Select the Object for your import. Click “Next”.
Click “Select Fields” and choose the fields you need from the list.
Select the fields you would like to include in your import (they will appear in blue if selected). Click “Done Selecting Fields”.
You can add multiple filters (3-max) to your import with either AND/OR logic. The HubSpot API does not support OR filters within a single filter group so you will need to “Add grouping”. (Example: Lifecycle Stages is “Lead” OR Last Contacted “is not empty”)
Congratulations on your first import with HubSpot with Objects and Fields! 🎉
